NOTICE OF MEETING

The Missouri Off-Highway Vehicle Alliance will be conducting a reorganizational meeting on January 17, 2009.  Due to the geographic location of the group we have decided to conduct this member meeting via a teleconference.  We feel that this will allow more members to attend due to time and money constraints of today's economy.

We have 4 vacant positions to fill on the Board of Directors.  In addition we need to discuss the current status of membership and how to increase membership.  I also feel the need to explain where MOHVA has been and where we are going.

Please join me on January 17^th to discuss the future of Missouri off-roading.

I will start the Teleconference at 6:45 PM on the 17^th; the meeting will promptly begin at 7:00 pm.
